We are passionate about good food, good wine and good cheese.

Meat Wine and Cheese is exactly what it says it is. We are an online shop and delivery service that supplies meat, wine and cheese we do beer as well). We will always go above and beyond to make sure that our customers are happy. We offer a fast, flexible and easy to use service. We are based in Chelmsford, Essex.

The business was initially conceived as Fresh Food UK at the beginning of the UK’s COVID-19 lockdown when safe access to quality produce became a little tricky, Fresh Food UK responded and adapted to make good quality food affordable and attainable to everyone.

Where possible, we use local suppliers. This means that we are supporting our local businesses and being as environmentally conscious as possible.

We are passionate about our produce and believe that everyone deserves to eat and drink well. We believe we can make a difference to the way people shop and the quality of food/wine that they eat/drink.

Whilst you can buy known brands from us, we prefer to work with smaller, independent suppliers, especially the local ones. All of our products are tested by us…..but we all have different tastes, so if you have a particular preference, let us know, and we will see what we can do.

We are a team of passionate individuals with a vast experience in the fresh food supply chain. Produce is sourced the day of delivery so that we can guarantee produce that is fresh and delicious.

We use local sources where possible, to help sustain local businesses but also to help with the freshness and quality of the produce that you receive.

Our industry knowledge allows us to source produce that is a little different to the average. This may be specialist cuts of meat, a particular vintage of wine, or, a very smelly cheese.

We offer a convenient and flexible service. Order by 7pm and you will receive your order the following day (we are currently working on being able to provide delivery slots and being able to deliver to a “safe place”)
